Hos Inelco Grinders \u00ae<\/sup> A\/S har vi en klar ambition om at tage vores b\u00e6redygtighedsarbejde til nye h\u00f8jder. Som en del af vores l\u00f8bende indsats for at reducere vores CO\u2082eq-aftryk og optimere vores ESG-rapportering har vi i samarbejde med Lead the Talent gennemf\u00f8rt et intensivt forl\u00f8b fra december 2024 til februar 2025. Form\u00e5let var at finde en struktureret m\u00e5de at levere CO\u2082eq-data p\u00e5 produkt- og reservedelsniveau til vores kunder samt at l\u00e6gge fundamentet for vores f\u00f8rste ESG-rapport. Resultatet? Konkrete guidelines og procesbeskrivelser, der sikrer, at vi kan tage arbejdet videre med stor\u00a0effekt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Udgangspunktet: Et behov for struktur og dataindsamling<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vi har gennem \u00e5rene arbejdet p\u00e5 at reducere vores milj\u00f8p\u00e5virkning, blandt andet ved at optimere produktionsprocesser og indf\u00f8re genanvendelsesprogrammer. For at tage det n\u00e6ste skridt i vores b\u00e6redygtighedsarbejde havde vi brug for at kortl\u00e6gge, hvordan vi kunne integrere CO\u2082eq- og ESG-data i vores ERP-system. Vi vil sikre, at vi kan rapportere p\u00e5 de rigtige parametre og effektivt kommunikere vores klimaregnskab med b\u00e5de leverand\u00f8rer og kunder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Samarbejdet med Lead the Talent<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Med hj\u00e6lp fra Lead the Talent fik vi et team af skarpe talenter, der satte sig ind i vores virksomhed og arbejdede dedikeret p\u00e5 at skabe en l\u00f8sning til vores behov. Deres tilgang var struktureret og fokuseret p\u00e5 tre hovedomr\u00e5der:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Kortl\u00e6gning af vores nuv\u00e6rende systemer \u2013 Hvordan opsamler vi data i dag, og hvor kan vi forbedre processerne?<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Udvikling af procedurer \u2013 Hvilke konkrete skridt skal vi tage for at sikre korrekt dataindsamling og -h\u00e5ndtering?<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Anbefalinger til ESG-rapportering \u2013 Hvilke n\u00f8gletal og indikatorer er vigtige for os som virksomhed?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Vores vigtigste resultater<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Takket v\u00e6re Lead the Talent-teamets indsats er vi nu langt bedre kl\u00e6dt p\u00e5 til at tage vores ESG-arbejde til n\u00e6ste niveau. Her er nogle af de vigtigste resultater:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. En struktureret tilgang til CO\u2082eq-data: Vi har nu en plan for, hvordan vi kan registrere og analysere CO\u2082eq-aftryk p\u00e5 produktniveau, n\u00e5r vi f\u00e5r det fra vores egne leverand\u00f8rer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Procedurer for ESG-rapportering: Vi har f\u00e5et defineret de vigtigste ESG-n\u00f8gletal og udviklet processer, der sikrer en mere systematisk dataindsamling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Automatisering af manuelle processer: Teamet identificerede muligheder for at effektivisere vores arbejde ved at integrere data p\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs af vores ERP-system og Power BI.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Vejen fremad<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Forl\u00f8bet med Lead the Talent har givet os et solidt fundament at bygge videre p\u00e5. Vi har nu en konkret handlingsplan og eksekveringsstrategi, som sikrer, at vores b\u00e6redygtighedsarbejde ikke blot forbliver et projekt, men bliver en integreret del af vores daglige drift. Vi ser frem til at implementere de l\u00e6rte processer og forts\u00e6tte vores rejse mod en mere b\u00e6redygtig fremtid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Vi vil gerne takke Lead the Talent og de dygtige talenter, Thomas Maanson Lund, Kristian Petersen, Yagmur Ozinal Avsar, Johanne Davidsen, Mikkel Hoppe, der har hjulpet os p\u00e5 denne rejse.
