Precision, safety, and optimization in one solution
Our grinders reduce waste and minimize environmental impact. By using our precise grinding technology, we ensure that each time the Tungsten electrodes are ground you waste as little as possible, extending their lifespan and reducing the need for new Tungsten extraction.
Additionally, all our grinders are equipped with a dust collector, preventing toxic grinding particles from polluting the environment and ensuring safe disposal. By choosing a grinder from Inelco Grinders®, our customers are not just investing in quality and precision – they are also taking an active step towards a more sustainable future, where resources are utilized optimally, and the CO₂eq footprint is reduced.
Recycling of grinding dust
To minimize the negative effects of Tungsten grinding, we have launched a project that ensures responsible collection and potential recycling of grinding dust. Our dust collectors capture 100% of the grinding dust and hazardous particles, which would otherwise pose a risk to both people and the environment. We offer free collection of our customers’ dust collectors and ensure they are sent for recycling, where the grinding dust is purified and reused for applications such as tools, electronic components, or aircraft parts.
Responsible production
In the production of our grinders, we work proactively to minimize waste and reduce our CO₂eq emissions. We strive to use resources efficiently and have implemented waste sorting and recycling in all production phases. This is part of our long-term goal to create products that not only deliver precision but also have minimal environmental impact.
Our efforts align with UN Sustainable Development Goal 12: Responsible Consumption and Production, which we actively work towards. We take pride in the fact that our approach to sustainable production contributes to a more circular economy, where resources are utilized optimally, and waste is minimized. This is not just a goal – it is an integrated part of how we conduct business.

Our commitment to ESG principles (Environmental, Social, Governance) is a core part of our foundation. We address environmental concerns through sustainable product development and reduced CO₂eq emissions, implement social initiatives to ensure employee safety and well-being, and follow strong governance principles to maintain transparency and accountability, in alignment with the UN Global Compact and its 10 principles on human rights, labour rights, environment, and anti-corruption.
As part of our social responsibility, we have established a donation program, where each employee has the opportunity to choose a charitable cause to support. Additionally, we have taken concrete steps in the sustainable agenda by utilizing public funding programs, which we openly communicate about to ensure transparency.
